With the collaboration of the Black Healing Centre, we're pleased to bring this activity to our community. Our name comes from the cowrie shell, which holds deep cultural significance related to wealth, identity, and connection. Their distinctive curved form symbolizes femininity and the unseen forces guiding life. Cowrie shells are tangible reminders of resilience, cultural memory, and survival. They are more than artifacts—they are ancestral links, economic history, and symbols of identity and dignity that continue to inspire and unite across the globe.
